The exciting quest of Ella and Milo
Chapter 1
Milo stumbled and fell into the deep river, with a silent splash in the middle of the night. The fast moving water guided him and his floating vest, like a graceful trout.
Large overhanging branches of a willow tree, gently caught and held him close to the riverbank. At daybreak, while on her daily errand to get water for the family, Ella saw something near the willow branches, and pulled the unmoving body on land.
